Olive growing has always been a passion for the family Conte, that has alwys had great care for the trees and for the olives, which represent the main and indispensable element for achieving the high quality standard of our extra virgin olive oil.

Hand-picking, cold and technologically advanced extraction process , maximum hygiene during all stages of process: these factors allow our oil to preserve and enhance taste and aromas typical of the Salento peninsula.

Our Land

In the heart of the Salento peninsula, in a land kissed by the sun and the sea, our olive trees grow luxuriant. The mild climate simplifies the cultivation of these trees.
