SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
The appereance is golden yellow coloured with delicate green hues. The aroma is strong and complex, with aromatic hinths of officinal herbs and vegetable notes. The taste is elegant and rotund, characterized by a flavour of fresh country vegetables, almond and artichoke. The fruity is light - mild. The bitterness is distinct and the pungency is present
BEST USE WITH
Ideal on mussels, bruschette and vegetables, salads, soups and cous cous. And also on sword fish, white meat and fresh cheese. It is excellent with barley soups, boiled legumes, salmon, shellfishes and pork.
